Hi, I’m Lauren! I reside in South Jersey. I’m happiest when I have a trip planned and a new place to look forward to exploring, so I’m constantly researching destinations to check out next.

My love for all things outdoors started as a child. I grew up right by the beach, spending practically every day there with my family. I went on my first hike in elementary school. My grandmother would pile my cousins and I in a mini van and take us to her Poconos, PA house. Her backyard was a river with several hiking trails, which we were constantly exploring. This love continued through adulthood, ultimately leading me to move to California for a few years so I could enjoy the outdoors year round. I have since moved back to NJ, but am constantly planning trips to escape and explore.

I decided to start this page after being frequently asked for my recommendations and research regarding places I have been. I get so excited to share this info with people in the hopes that they’ll love the places I’ve been just as much as I do. I thought this page would be a great place to house my destinations, recommendations, and hopefully inspire someone to take a trip somewhere new!
